How It all started...

Discovering Art as a Path to Wellness

I never imagined I would become an artist. My path began in science, but after becoming a mother for the third time and walking through a season of severe postpartum anxiety, I was encouraged to try art as a way to process what I could not easily put into words.

What began as a healing practice slowly became a place of peace, discovery, and purpose. Art gave me a way to reconnect with beauty, presence, and creativity in everyday life, and that experience continues to shape both the work I create and the way I teach.

Inspiration

As an artist, I translate the movement and energy of nature into immersive, expressive works of art. Inspired by organic forms and fleeting beauty, I use color, texture, and fluid washes to evoke emotion and connection.

Water is central to my process, flowing freely through each piece, merging with pigment in unexpected ways, and shaping the work as organically and fluidly as nature itself. Each brushstroke and wash captures a moment: an impression of shifting light, a feeling of serenity, or a sense of discovery.

Rather than focusing on fine detail, I lean into movement and emotion, allowing each piece to reveal its own quiet story.

Beautiful art for everyday life...

“Art washes away from the soul the dust of everyday life” -Picasso

Beyond original paintings and prints, I create pieces that weave art and storytelling into everyday life. From home goods and artful gifts to books, written works, and other creative offerings, each piece is designed to bring beauty, meaning, and reflection into ordinary moments.

My goal is to honor the beauty of the world and the Creator behind it. My work invites you to pause, feel, and see the world with a renewed sense of wonder and connection. I invite you to explore the stories within my brushstrokes and the echoes in my words. Whether through collection, gifting, or simple appreciation, I welcome you to join me on this creative journey, where art, story, and inspiration intertwine.

Creating with purpose

In addition to the joy of creating art, I feel called to give back. That’s why I’ve committed to donating 20% of my business earnings to Five Talents, a faith-based charity dedicated to empowering individuals through microfinance, training, and community development. Their work transforms lives by helping people build sustainable livelihoods and break free from poverty, which is something I feel deeply passionate about.

By supporting my work, you’re not only bringing art into your life but also contributing to a larger mission of hope and change. I’m grateful to be on this journey with you, where art, faith, and the beauty of the world come together in meaningful ways.
