How It all started...

Discovering Art as a Path to Wellness

I never imagined I’d be an artist. Growing up, I didn’t see myself as particularly creative, and my journey was firmly rooted in a science career. But everything changed when I became a mother for the third time. After experiencing severe postpartum anxiety and panic attacks, I found myself trying to navigate the storm in my mind. I was encouraged to try art as a way to express and process my emotions.

What began as a form of therapy quickly blossomed into something more. The healing power of creativity became evident as I discovered how art could provide solace and a sense of purpose. What started as a therapeutic practice grew into a lifelong passion. Now, I’m dedicated to using art not only to create but to share my journey of healing, balance, and mental health through creative practices. Art has become my way of expressing emotions that words cannot capture, and I’m passionate about encouraging others to find their path to healing through creativity.

Inspiration

As an artist, I translate the movement and energy of nature into immersive, expressive works of art. Inspired by organic forms and fleeting beauty, I use color, texture, and fluid washes to evoke emotion and connection. Water is central to my process—flowing freely through each piece, merging with pigment in unexpected ways, and shaping the work as organically and fluidly as nature itself.

My approach is intuitive, embracing the unpredictable interplay of water and pigment to create atmospheric compositions rich in depth and feeling. Like water, my work is ever-changing, layered, and full of hidden depths. Each brushstroke and wash captures a moment—an impression of shifting light, a feeling of serenity, or a sense of discovery. Rather than focusing on fine details, I lean into movement and emotion, letting each piece reveal its own quiet story.

My fine art is meant to be felt as much as it is seen—creating spaces of beauty, reflection, and connection in everyday life. To learn more about my work, click below.

Beautiful art for everyday life...

“Art washes away from the soul the dust of everyday life” -Picasso

Beyond my paintings, I create products that weave art and storytelling into everyday life—pieces designed to inspire and serve as reminders to savor joyful, meaningful moments. From illustrated books and written works to uniquely crafted merchandise, I strive to transform creativity into tangible experiences that foster connection and reflection. Each piece is an invitation—whether to adorn a space, offer solace through words, or celebrate the beauty found in the ordinary.

My goal is to honor the beauty of the world and the Creator behind it. I hope my work invites you to pause, feel, and see the world with a renewed sense of wonder and connection. I invite you to explore the stories within my brushstrokes and the echoes in my words. Whether through collaboration, collection, or simple appreciation, I welcome you to join me on this creative journey—where art, story, and inspiration intertwine.

Creating with purpose

In addition to the joy of creating art, I feel called to give back. That’s why I’ve committed to donating 20% of my business earnings to Five Talents, a faith-based charity dedicated to empowering individuals through microfinance, training, and community development. Their work transforms lives by helping people build sustainable livelihoods and break free from poverty, which is something I feel deeply passionate about.

By supporting my work, you’re not only bringing art into your life, but also contributing to a larger mission of hope and change. I’m grateful to be on this journey with you—where art, faith, and the beauty of the world come together in meaningful ways.
